Southeast Muffler

My cat back has been rattling/whistling since I had it installed September and I knew something was wrong. I had taken it to multiple people/shops who had told me everything was fine. As a last ditch effort, before giving in and dropping another grand on a new exhaust, I decided to call in to southeast. Gus was busy but told me to come in same day. I didn’t expect anything to be done today, just to be looked at. Gus finished his appointments and took a look at mine, he reassured me it was definitely not right and got to work knowing the brand. He took apart my entire exhaust, put it back together, and polished everything in around an hour. He told me I could stay in the bay and showed me each part that was wrong with the exhaust. Mind you, this was all after the shop had closed. He decided to fit me in despite me letting him know I just wanted it looked at since he was closing soon. People like Gus are the kinds of people that keep the world moving, genuinely kind soul and who I will be going to for any other modifications on my integra. Thank you Gus for all you do.

Gus did an awesome job on my old Ford Ranger...He welded the pipe I had to cut and he added flanges in case I ever have to drop the transmission in the future. Highly recommend Gus and his crew!!!!

Gus was absolutely incredible. The repair went so quickly, was completely affordable, and he was transparent with me the entire time. As a young lady, I was nervous going to a shop by myself but was treated with the utmost honesty, kindness, and respect. I could not recommend them more highly!

My experience with Southeast Muffler was excellent. Mr. Gus was courteous and professional when explaining the issue with my Jeep. I appreciated his honest assessment and advice at no charge which is rare in the automotive industry. I'm glad I found a shop that I can trust and would definitely recommend them.

I took my brand new Audi RS6 with less than 400 miles to have the resonator and middle mufflers removed and straight pipes welded in. I was extremely nervous about cutting into a new car but after reading the other reviews and looking at other photos, I felt confident that Gus would produce clean work. When I picked up my car, I was overly impressed. My car sounded great and the welds were near perfect. I will certainly be using Gus for all of my future exhaust/muffler needs!!!
